Despite being back to pre-pandemic lifestyles with hardly any restrictions, people are still taking up the option to work from home. There has been a huge jump in chiropractors across Australia reporting spikes in people presenting with work-related injuries. An interesting study of 1000 adult respondents found that 33 per cent worked from their dining table, 16 per cent from their bed and 15 per cent from their sofa.  It was found that people using computers at home who are not correctly set up in an ergonomic workspace are risking their spinal health and overall wellbeing.
